Tpr. Jason Sentman said a southbound 2009 Chevrolet Silverado traveled off the right side of Highway HH five miles north of Willow Springs, hit an embankment and a tree at about 6:40 p.m.

He was later pronounced deceased by Dr. Jeremy Reed of Ozarks Healthcare. The 40-year-old driver, who was not identified by the patrol, was not wearing a seat belt. The vehicle was totaled.

It is Troop G’s 29th fatality in 2025, compared to 22 at the same time last year. Assisting at the scene were Cpl. Travis Brown and Tpr. Lucas Combs.
