A Willow Springs man is charged with second-degree domestic assault following an incident Saturday in southern Texas County.
Stephen Hall, born in 2000, is held on the class D felony in the Texas County Jail on $2,500 cash bond only.
The Texas County Sheriff’s Department was called to the 400 block of Timberline Road following a report of an altercation. A woman said her hair had been ripped from her head, and her right side hurt after she was thrown.
A deputy said the man appeared to be impaired, and he had wanted to leave the property with a child. His keys had been hidden to prevent it.
