An Illinois man was arrested Monday afternoon following an accident in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Antonio H. Lopez, 72, of Fairmont City, Illinois, was charged with misdemeanor DWI and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a motor vehicle crash.
He was placed under a 12-hour hold at the Texas County Jail.
