A Mountain Grove man is charged with two felony domestic assault charges following an incident that occurred Nov. 1.
Raymond LaFranchise, born in 1978, was identified as part of an investigation in which two persons were assaulted at a residence. Both counts are class E felonies.
A Texas County Sheriff’s Department deputy reported he found the alleged incident occurred amid turmoil over several issues at the property.
Bond is set at $3,000 cash only. Charges were filed Dec. 22.
