Houston’s Community Resource Center will be open as a warming shelter on Saturday and Sunday as a snowstorm with extreme cold temperatures is expected to hit the area.
The building is situated east of the Texas County Health Department on North U.S. 63.
Hours are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
