A man from Houston is charged with felony domestic assault following a Nov. 12 investigation by the Texas County Sheriff’s Department.
Roy C. Lask, born in 1979 and a resident of the 6900 block of Lundy Road, is charged with second-degree domestic assault, a class D felony.
A deputy arrived at the scene to find a distressed woman who appeared to have been choked, according to a report. Red marks were observed.
Lask fled the scene, authorities said. A search of the area was conducted, but he was not found.
Charges were filed Jan. 2. Bond is $3,500 cash-only.
