A 39-year-old Houston man was arrested early Wednesday in Miller County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Travis D. Hayes, 39, is charged with felony DWI – persistent offender, it said.
He was taken to the Miller County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
