A wanted man from Licking was arrested Nov. 24 and now has new charges, authorities said.
Patrick Vaughan, born in 1990, was arrested on warrants, and a search uncovered a clear plastic container containing a clear crystal substance, according to the Texas County Sheriff’s Department.
Vaughan was charged Dec. 24 with possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
