An arrest early Thursday in Texas County led to charges against a Mountain Grove man, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Owen G. Buttram, 24, is charged with misdemeanor DWI (prior), careless and imprudent driving and having no insurance.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, the patrol said.
