The National Weather Service said Monday an “Extreme Cold Warning” remains in effect for Texas County until noon.
Wind chills are expected between -15 and -25 degrees this morning, it said.
Following a wave of weather with snow accompanied by cold temperatures, Texas County school districts are closed Monday.
