A Cabool man is charged following a domestic assault investigation handled by the Texas County Sheriff’s Department.
William F. Bultas is charged with third-degree domestic assault, a class E felony; and DWI – prior, a class A misdemeanor following an incident on Feb. 19. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only.
A deputy arrived at a residence where a woman reported that Bultas, born in 1972, had allegedly thrown things at her, causing pain in her left bicep and thigh. The victim also reported pain in her neck and forehead. The deputy said no visible injuries were observed.
Bultas was later located and denied throwing items or causing injury to the victim, according to the report.
