- Christopher L. Hadley, 40, of Route 32 in Licking, was arrested Feb. 9 for having an active Texas County warrant for a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender.
A pair of deputies made the arrest at Hadley’s residence at about 10:30 p.m.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail. Cash-only bond in the case is set at $1,500.
- At about 3:10 a.m. Feb. 10, a deputy traveling north on U.S. 63 near Twin Bridges observed a vehicle following his patrol car too closely.
After the red Chevrolet Silverado pickup passed the patrol vehicle, the officer initiated a traffic stop. Jonah G. Henderson, 19, of Main Street in Licking, was issued a citation for following too closely.
- On Dec. 23, a deputy was contacted by a 42-year-old Raymondville man regarding allegations of stalking and harassment by his 38-year-old former boyfriend.
In a written statement, the man reported ending the relationship with his boyfriend on Nov. 15, and that the situation had escalated ever since. He claimed that accounts had been breached, a hard drive hacked and a GPS tracker hidden in his vehicle.
