A 49-year-old man was injured Wednesday night in an ATV accident about two miles north of Bucyrus on Lynch Drive, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Jason Sentman said a northbound 2023 Polaris Sportsman ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree, ejecting the driver, who was not wearing a helmet.
The Ashland, Illinois, man was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston with minor injuries. The vehicle was totaled.
Assisting at the scene were Tpr. Travis Brown and the Houston Rural Fire Department.
