A Cabool man was cited Sunday night on several offenses, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Joshua D. Delgado, 40, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, felony endangering the welfare of a child (two counts), driving while intoxicated, speeding, wearing no seat belt and having no insurance.
The patrol said he was cited and released.
