Between March 9 and 15, the Houston Police Department answered 159 calls for service and initiated 42 traffic stops, which resulted in six citations and 38 warnings.
- On March 10, officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of S. Sam Houston Boulevard for a private property motor vehicle crash. One party had left the scene. Investigation is ongoing.
- On March 10, officers arrested Emily S. Hayes, 24, of Houston, on an active Texas County warrant per charge resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop. Hayes was transported to the Texas County Jail, where she was incarcerated due to the warrant having no bond.
- On March 10, officers arrested Melissa A. Hanson, 47, of Houston, on an active Texas County warrant per charge leaving the scene of an accident – property damage exceeding $1,000. Hanson was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail after being unable to post the $1,913.31 cash bond.
- On March 13, officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Oak Street for a domestic disturbance. The involved parties agreed to separate for the evening.
- On March 13, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of S. Grand Avenue for property damage and theft. Investigation is ongoing.
- On March 14, officers arrested Shasta Allphin, 37, of Houston, on an active Texas County warrant per charge possession of a controlled substance. Allphin was transported to the Texas County Jail, where she was incarcerated due to the warrant having no bond.
