Between Feb. 23 and March 1, the Houston Police Department answered 194 calls for service and initiated 49 traffic stops, which resulted in seven citations and 44 warnings.
- On Feb. 24, officers arrested William P. Bryant, 73, of Solo, on an active Missouri probation and parole violation warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Bryant was transported to the Texas County Jail, where he was incarcerated.
- On Feb. 25, officers observed Joel T. Neudeck, 22, of Bucyrus, who is a registered sex offender, on the Houston R-1 School grounds. Officers contacted Neudeck and placed him under arrest. Neudeck was transported to the Texas County Jail and later formally charged with Sex Offender Physically Present/Loiter within 500 Feet Park with Playground/Pool/Museum – 1st Offense and Sex Offender Under Sec 566.149 Present/Loitering within 500′ Of School Building, Grounds, Or Conveyance To Transport Students.
- On Feb. 25, officers took a report of property damage that took place several months prior. The investigation is ongoing.
- On Feb. 26, officers cited Tina M. Dow, 57, of Houston, for driving while revoked.
- On Feb. 26, officers responded to the 100 block of S. Grand Avenue for a domestic dispute. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening.
- On Feb. 27, officers cited Mikayla Kuehl, 26, of Houston, for allowing an animal to run at large.
- On Feb. 27, officers responded to the 300 block of S. Grand Avenue for a private property motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.
- On Feb. 28, officers arrested Robert B. Labreche, 72, of Houston, on two active Douglas County warrants for a traffic violation and possession of a controlled substance. Labreche was transported to the Texas County Jail, where he was incarcerated.
- On Feb. 28, officers cited Hayli E. Smith, 28, of Houston, for driving while intoxicated.
- On March 1, officers arrested Josiah K. Church, 33, of Houston, on an active Taney County warrant for failure to appear on DWI and driving while suspended charges. Church was transported to the Texas County Jail, where he was incarcerated.
