A Cabool woman is charged with three counts of domestic assault and endangering a child, all felonies, following an incident Wednesday, authorities said.
Tera N. Skaggs, born in 1990 and a resident of Gockley Lane, is held on $2,500 cash only bond.
The Texas County Sheriff’s Department was called after a report that Skaggs was allegedly being violent. Several incidents of pulling hair were reported to a deputy. According to a report, several persons attempted to control Skaggs.
