Clowns will be plentiful Friday at the Houston School District as it hosts “Emmett Kelly Theme Day” in conjunction with events on Saturday.
Staff and students will dress like Emmett Kelly Sr. A festival in his honor is Saturday in downtown Houston.
Awards will be presented to elementary, middle school and high school students for best look-alike.
