An artist's rendition of what the Pines Apartments will look like.

A ground-breaking ceremony took place Monday (April 6) for The Pines apartment complex being constructed on West Route 17.

The project is being spearheaded by developer Colton Egbert of Ozark Homesteads.

Apartments can be reserved online at houstonpines.com

“People can reserve an apartment now and it will be updated with pictures, floor plans and additional info as we get closer to opening,” Egbert said. “I’ve included a contact form there if they have questions.”

Information is also available online at Ozark Homesteads | Custom Home Builder — Barndominium.
