The Fine Arts programs at Houston High School are collaborating for a red carpet event titled “Hollywood’s Biggest Night” from 6-8 p.m. Saturday inside Tiger Fieldhouse.
The event will include performances from the band, theater and art departments as well as appearances from famous actors, art gallery auction and optional catered dinner. Proceeds will assist in purchasing acoustical shells for future band and choir performances.
The concert is free to attend. Dinner tickets are $30 or two for $50 by calling 417-254-3168. The meal includes a cornish hen, seasoned potatoes, carrot wedges, corn on the cob, cream soup, cheese biscuit and apple turnover.
