Between April 6 and 12, the Houston Police Department answered 165 calls for service and initiated 31 traffic stops, which resulted in four citations and 34 warnings.
- On April 7, officers cited Margaret D. Finn, 61, of Houston, for driving while suspended.
- On April 8, officers cited Angel M. Boesing, 35, of Houston, for allowing an animal to run at large.
- On April 8, officers responded to the 1100 block of S. Sam Houston Boulevard for a theft. Following an investigation, officers located the juvenile suspect and referred them to juvenile authorities.
- On April 8, officers took two reports of identity theft. Investigations are ongoing.
- On April 9, officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on Wyn Drive. No injuries were reported.
- On April 9, officers responded to the 1100 block of S. Sam Houston Boulevard for a theft. Investigation is ongoing.
- On April 10, officers cited Stephanie G. Smart, 55, of Houston, for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license.
- On April 12, officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on Walnut Street near First Street. No injuries were reported.
