A Licking woman was arrested Tuesday morning on two Texas County warrants charging her with drug offenses, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Maia K. Manning, 32, is charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance.
Manning was taken to the Texas County Jail on bond.
