A Licking woman was arrested Tuesday on four offenses, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Mikayla L. Mitchell, 31, was charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance, misdemeanor resisting arrest, having no insurance and failing to register a motor vehicle (Texas County warrants).
She was taken to the Texas County Jail on bond.
