A Hannibal woman was arrested Saturday in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Ashley N. Barton, 37, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, window tint violation and wearing no seat belt.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released, the patrol said.
