- On April 19, a deputy was dispatched regarding a report of a domestic disturbance at a Finch Drive residence at Cabool.
Upon arrival, the officer made contact with a 55-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman who live there.
The man told the deputy that the woman had struck him in the face during an argument, and that he hadn’t struck her back.
The woman said the man had shoved her and taken her phone during the argument, and that she hadn’t struck him.
The officer observed that neither person had any visible sign of injury, and reported that neither could be identified as a primary aggressor. Both people declined medical attention. They were advised of the 12-hour rule.
- On April 24, a deputy was dispatched regarding a domestic disturbance at a Bailey Road residence at Licking.
Upon arrival, the officer made contact with a 21-year-old man who told the deputy he lives at the location and when he came home a 20-year-old woman was there and they got into an argument. He said the woman aggressively approached him and he shoved her away, and she then hit him in the head with a canned drink. The officer didn’t observe any sign of injury on the man’s body. He declined to pursue charges.
The officer then made contact with the woman at a different location, and she gave a similar description of the incident. She also declined to pursue charges.
Both people were advised of the 12-hour rule.
