A Houston man faces three charges following a May 16 investigation.

Devin D. James, 42, is charged with third-degree assault, a class E felony; and fourth-degree assault and first-degree trespassing, both misdemeanors.

Authorities allege James caused injury to a woman by striking her and shoving her to the ground and charging at a man. According to a report, a victim told James to leave a Hayes Drive property.

He posted the $1,000 cash bond.
