A Houston man was killed Tuesday afternoon when his truck ran off U.S. 63 about six miles north of Cabool, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Troopers said the 52-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene after the 3:45 p.m. accident. The patrol said the northbound 2009 Ford F-250 ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned on its side. The driver, the patrol said, was not wearing a seat belt. He was not identified by the patrol. The truck was totaled.
It was the eighth fatality of the year for Troop G; compared to 11 at the same time in 2025.
