Between May 4 and 10, the Houston Police Department answered 184 calls for service and initiated 22 traffic stops, which resulted in five citations and 24 warnings.

  • On May 6, officers responded to the 100 block of S. Grand Avenue for a disturbance. Following an investigation, officers cited Isaac L. Luck, 27, of Houston, for fourth-degree assault.
  • On May 6, officers responded to the 900 block of Route 17 Terrace for trespassing. Investigation is ongoing.
  • On May 6, officers responded to the 1400 block of S. Sam Houston Boulevard for a theft. Following an investigation, officers cited Bradley R. Bay, 19, of Houston, for stealing under $750.
  • On May 7, officers responded to the 600 block of N. Second Street for a domestic disturbance. Both parties agreed to separate for the day.
  • On May 9, officers responded to the 1400 block of S. Sam Houston Boulevard for a private property motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.
  • On May 9, officers received a report of a protection order violation. Investigation is ongoing and a report will be forwarded to the Texas County prosecutor for formal charges.
