A man from Licking was arrested Saturday evening on three charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Garry R. Ranft, 28, was arrested on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for not having insurance.
He was processed and released in Texas County at about 5:27 p.m., the patrol said.
