A Mountain View man was charged with three offenses in Texas County late Friday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Devon C. Smith, 41, is charged with DWI, failure to display valid plates and having no valid driver’s license.
He was processed roadside and released to a sober party, the patrol said.
