A Plato man was seriously injured late Saturday afternoon in a Wright County crash near his hometown.
Tpr. D.E. Rodgers of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said an eastbound 2003 Chevrolet pickup driven by Michael W. Richards, 46, crossed the centerline, ran off the left side of the roadway, overcorrected and overturned. The accident occurred on Highway KK two miles east of Highway 95.
Richards, who was wearing a seat belt, was flown by air ambulance to Cox Hospital in Springfield.
