A 29-year-old Plato woman was seriously hurt Friday afternoon when her vehicle left the roadway southwest of her hometown and struck a tree.
Tpr. Logan Elliott said Bobbie J. Conley, was taken by a Texas County Memorial Hospital ambulance to Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla. Weather conditions prevented an air flight.
Conley was not wearing a seat belt when the mishap occurred three miles from Plato on a county road, Elliott said.
