Phillip Scott Pyatt, 40, died Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009, at Barton County Hospital in Lamar.

He was born Oct. 24, 1969, in Mountain View.

He was an accomplished welder and auto mechanic. He enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle.

He is preceded in death by grandfather.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Mary Ann Bishop and John David Bishop of Golden City; a brother, Charles Zebulyn Pyatt of Jerico Springs; a twin brother and sister, John Ethan Bishop and Jozette “Tootsie” Ann Bishop of Golden City; and several aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services were Monday, Jan. 4, at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Pyatt family section of Riley Cemetery.
