The following persons were summonsed July 21 to appear in Texas County Associate Court. The court, upon a finding that these persons had been properly noticed but had failed to appear, issued warrants for their arrest.
They are: Robert Patterson, Summersville; Mallisa A. Bates, Pomona; and Kyle A. Rector, Licking.
Texas County Prosecuting Attorney Mike Anderson suggests that if your name appears on this list you should contact your local law enforcement agency as soon as possible.
