Authorities in the county are seeking a man with ties to the Licking area who is accused of creating significant property damage at a Houston apartment. The man lost a significant amount of blood due to glass cuts.
Police want to talk to a Licking man who broke windows out at a Skyview Terrace apartment at 4:43 a.m. Friday.
John T. Baker, 22, is already sought on a probation violation warrant, authorities said.
Police said multiple windows were broken, including the front, bedroom, kitchen and back ones. Two glass storm doors also were damaged. A wooden bedroom door also was kicked in and broken. According to a report, Baker was outraged because a tenant refused to have sex with him. The woman was hysterical and covered with blood when a Houston officer arrived on the scene.
Blood covered almost all of the apartment, according to a report.
