A boil order is in effect for water customers in parts of Texas County.
The issue comes after the Public Water Supply District No. 1 reported a drop in pressure Saturday morning.
The warning affects customers living on Willow, Walnut, Wainwright, Woodcrest, and Saddlebrook roads outside the South Gate of Fort Leonard Wood.
It’s a precautionary measure; customers with concerns should call the water district at (417) 458-4569.
