The first Clear Springs Fire Department Golf Tournament, a two-man scramble, is Sept. 22 at the Willow Springs Municipal Golf Tournament on Highway 137.

Signup is 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. the day of the tourney. Tee off is scheduled for 9. a.m. The rain date is Sept. 29.

The cost is $50 per two-person team. Each player is allowed two mulligans at $5 each. Only one will be allowed per nine holes.

Three places will be paid per flight. The number of flights and payoff will depend on the total participants. Numerous hole prizes and door prizes are planned.

Cart rental is $15, and reservations must be made one week in advance. A concession stand will consist of breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks.

Individuals and businesses are sought for hole sponsors. Donors will receive signage recognition. For additional information call 417-469-4995.
