A Pace, Fla., man was cited with failing to yield the right-of-way following a June 7 crash at North U.S. 63 and Oak Crest Drive.
Willie E. Greene, 80, was charged following the mishap when he turned into the path of vehicle driven by Billie S. West, 20, of Mountain View.
In other matters, police:
-Investigated a June 7 accident that occurred when a city bus driven by Rebecca A. Sawyer, 51, of 116 N. Grand Ave., was pulling from a parking lot at a state office building and struck the mirror of truck owned by John and Frances Helmers of Willow Springs.
-Charged Terry W. White, 23, 16464 Forrest Drive, and Dawn M. Sikes, 29, of 205 Steffen St., with receiving stolen property worth less than $500 on May 6. A digital camera belonging to Stormy Wolford of Raymondville was taken from a Steffen Street address.
-Cited Jamie R. Feringa, 26, of Plato, on June 5 with first-degree trespassing at Hamrick Terrace.
-Charged Mary A. Copeland, 25, of 8205 Northview Lane, Lot 4, with third-degree assault following an incident at Murphy USA on South Sam Houston Blvd.
-Cited Reginald W. Skouby, 51, of 603 Ozark, with peace disturbance at Broadway and Chestnut streets on May 26.
