Patricia “”Pat”” Lou Rogers, 72, daughter of Onard and Mildred Ebling, was born Jan. 8, 1933, at Lima, Ohio. She died Oct. 28, 2005.She married Richard Lewis Rogers. They were married 53 years and had four daughters.The Rogers relocated to Edgar Springs in 1967. Her love for others led her to a life of public service. She began as a medical assistant and later worked with children in the Head Start program. She also worked in the public school system, Licking Park Manor and the United Methodist Church at Licking.She loved reading, gardening and baking for her grandchildren.Surviving are her husband; four daughters, Pamela L. Baldwin of Edgar Springs, Cathy L. Smith of Rolla, Paula K. Jones of St. Robert and Robin L. Horton of St. Louis; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Services were Nov. 1 at the United Methodist Church in Licking with Tim Cook officiating. Burial was in the Black Cemetery near Edgar Springs under the direction of Fox Funeral Home. “
