Pearl Irene Cross, 81, daughter of Morgan and Belle Miller Willams, was born Jan. 18, 1923, at Hartshorn. She died Dec. 16, 2004, at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.She married Ray Cross April 6, 1951.She worked at various manufacturing jobs throughout her life until her retirement. She liked working with flowers and gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.She was baptized at the Boone Creek Baptist Church in 1956.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Glen Bell; three sisters, one brother and four children.Surviving are her husband, Ray, of the home; four sons, Carl Bell and Travis Bell of Houston, Terry Cross of Hollister and Tony Cross of Eminence; one daughter, Kathy Hutsell of Bucyrus; one sister, Myrtle Cross of Mexico, Mo.; 14 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.Services were Dec. 18 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Root officiating. Burial was in the Allen Cemetery. “
