Henry M. Boster, 84, son of Rollie Boster and Elizabeth Beaver Boster, was born Sept. 23, 1920, at St. Louis. He died Oct. 2, 2004, at Houston House.Mr. Boster served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Talamanca in the South Pacific during World War II. He was discharged Aug. 3, 1945.He married Winifred “”Winnie”” F. Kelley Oct. 3, 1959. They were married 44 years before her death March 30, 2003.Mr. Boster worked for McDonell Douglas in St. Louis for 27 years, retiring in 1982. The Bosters moved to east of Raymondville following his retirement.He enjoyed farm life, the outdoors, hunting, fishing and bowling.He was a member of Souls Harbor Family Worship.Surviving are two half sisters, Catherine Pope of Union and June Sipeer of Prineville, Ore.Services were Oct. 5 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Cordie Wimberley officiating. Burial was in the Boone Creek Cemetery. “
