Mae H. Pentecost, 96, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Devoe, was born July 12, 1906, at St. Louis. She died Dec. 4, 2002, at Licking Park Manor. She married Richard “”Penny”” Pentecost. They lived on a farm west of Licking, where he sold Stark fruit trees. Mrs. Pentecost enjoyed raising chickens. She was preceded in death by her brothers, George, Art and Elwood; and one sister, Ruth. Surviving are nieces and nephews. Services were Dec. 8 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Rick Mosher officiating. Burial was in the Boone Creek Cemetery. “
