A Houston man was arrested Friday evening on four charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
James C. Leyrer, 34, was wanted on a felony Howell County warrant for non-support and charged with DWI, driving while suspended and no insurance.
He was taken to the Texas County, the patrol said.
Jennifer Y. Lay, 45, of Raymondville, was arrested Friday evening on a misdemeanor Wayne County warrant for failing to appear on a passing bad checks charge.
