A Winona man was arrested Wednesday morning by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Clinton D. Barnes, 46, was arrested on a felony Shannon County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Shannon County Jail on bond, the patrol said.
