A West Plains woman faces several charges following a stop Saturday afternoon in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Samantha J. Hughes, 30, of West Plains, was charged with DWI – misdemeanor, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle, the patrol said.
She was released to a sober driver.
