A Willow Springs man was arrested early Saturday on drug charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
David D. Fine, 49, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, the patrol said.
Fine was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains and later released, the patrol said.
