Two persons were assaulted Feb. 2 at Houston apartments, Houston police said.
Kolby J. Morgan, born in 2000, of Bucyrus, is charged with first-degree assault or attempt serious physical injury or special victim, class A felony; second-degree assault, a class D felony; and delivery or possession of a controlled substance to jail. He is held on a $20,000 cash bond.
Police said they were called to the Piney Inn Apartments on Grand Avenue at 11:15 p.m. Feb. 2. Two males reported they had been allegedly assaulted by Morgan, who was found on Steffens Street.
One of the victims sustained a broken nose and was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital by ambulance. According to a report, marijuana was found on Morgan when he was processed at the Texas County Jail.
