The Mark Twain National Forest said a prescribed burn is scheduled for Friday (Feb. 23) that will affect Roby Lake trailhead and the Slabtown River access.
These two sites will be temporarily closed during the burning for public safety. Once completed both sites will open up again.
The Roby Lake burn will close off the western access point into the Paddy Creek Wilderness, it said.
