Texas County Memorial Hospital will offer $5 physicals for area high school and middle school athletes Wednesday, May 22.
Athletes can go from 1 to 5 p.m. to the Medical Office Complex (1337 S. Sam Houston Blvd.) to get a physical without an appointment. Payments can be made by cash or check only.
Athletes must bring the MSHSAA form signed by a parent or guardian to receive a physical. Forms are available through athletic coaches, online (www.mshsaa.org) or at the Medical Office Complex.
