Two men from Birch Tree were arrested Sunday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Michael D. Fyffe, 53, was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, patrol said. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
James E. Fyffe, 54, was arrested on a felony Shannon County warrant for driving while intoxicated, patrol said. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail on bond.
